Veritass
The original company was founded in 1990 by Alison Jenkins with the office base at her home in Sutton in Craven. In 1998 the company relocated to Main Street in Cross Hills.
Veritass bought the business of Wadsworth & Co Ltd in 2006, who had been trading for 30+ years, which resulted in a further office in Oakworth.
Alison Jenkins was employed by Wadsworth's way back in 1979 and this was her first experience in the insurance industry. For practical reasons, the whole business now operates from the Oakworth premises.
The company has a broad client based spread across the UK including Scotland and Isle of Man.
The Company has a clearly defined policy for treating customers fairly, which is core to our culture and the way we do business.
