2011 Application forms for the Gala Queen and her attendants are available for all children who live in Oakworth. They are being distributed by the school this year. If your child does not attend Oakworth School and would like to be considered, please request a form, or supply the following information:

For Parents/Carers: I agree to my child being involved in Oakworth Gala, and agree to ensure attendance on Saturday 3 July 2010 (Gala Day) and Saturday December 2010 (Christmas Fair) as well as other local galas as agreed. I realise that there could be other costs over and above the £40 O.V.S donation towards the cost of any clothing. For more details please ring Janet Armstrong on 542625. This form to be returned by 20 May 2011 to the school.
