Toddler Group
Oakworth Parents and Toddler group meets every Tuesday during term time from 9am to 11am in the main room at Holden Hall. There is plenty of room for the children to run around with a baby area cordoned off so the really littlies can play safe from the bigger ones!
We are not sure when the group was founded, although documents have been found going back to 1978, and some of our mums who come today came here when they were babies!
The cost per session is £2 per family (an adult and up to 2 children) and 50p for each extra child. We provide juice, milk or water and a snack for the children and Tea or Coffee for the grown ups. As part of our revamp we are offering fruit/toast for the children instead of biscuits.
We have received a grant from CNET for some new equipment which we are starting to spend and are also in the process of applying for other grants to replace some of the other equipment.
