George is buried somewhere in Flanders, France.
He is also remembered on a family grave in Oakworth Cemetery on Slack Lane. The inscription reads:
Clara Sugden Page and John Maurice Page, Also their son George, Killed in France, April 12th 1918, Aged 22 years.

Corporal George Page was awarded the Military Medal on March 12th 1918.

His citation in the London Gazette:

SUPPLEMENT TO THE LONDON GAZETTE, 10 APRIL, 1918.
His Majesty the KING has been graciously pleased to approve of the award of the Military Medal for bravery in the Field to the undermentioned Non-commissioned Officers and Men: —

265267 L./C. G. Page, W. Rid. R. (Keighley).


Sadly, he was killed in action one month later on April 12th 1918, just two days after the London gazette citation was issued.
George is mentioned on the Bogthorn Methodist Chapel Sunday School lists of Oakworth men who served in WW1
